1.Points

1)What is a convertible points, a non-convertible points?

There are two types of Hinow App points, one is to use diamonds for direct exchange, the daily check-in points (hereinafter referred to as non-convertible points); The other is the points obtained from the caller via video chat (call points per minute of being called can be set on the personal page), hereinafter referred to as convertible points.

2)What can points be used for?

Non-convertible points can be used to chat one-to-one with Hinow users or to invite offline Hinow users online. If you are a caller, you will first use up your non-convertible points during the call. Your convertible points will be consumed when non-convertible points are not enough to deduct. So when you want to chat with any online user who is not a friend, the sum of your non-convertible points and convertibility points must be enough to talk to you for at least two minutes.

Convertible points in addition to the points consumed in conversation, you can also exchange card coupons on the coupon exchange page.

3)Can I buy points directly?

At present, users can not buy points directly, but can use a certain number of diamond exchange points in the diamond exchange points page, the points converted by diamonds can only belong to non-convertible points.

2.Diamond

1)What is a diamond?

Diamonds are available to users by charging, and you can recharge them in the Wallet of the Hinow App sidebar.

2)What can diamonds do?

Diamonds can be used to exchange call points and buy gifts.

3)How to make diamonds?

In addition to the diamond value through the acquisition, but also through the recommended user recharge to earn diamond .

4)Why are my diamonds deducted sometimes?

When you recharge your diamonds and apply for a refund, your diamonds will be deducted. If you apply for a refund multiple times, you will be found to be in violation of the rules and may be blocked by Google or Hinow. If your diamond is obtained from the recommended user, then when the recommended user refunds, the diamond you share will also be deducted. In this case, if your account does not have enough diamonds to deduct, Then your gift will be withdrawn and the person who receives it will be informed. So please do not refund frequently, so as not to affect your credit rating and rating.

5)What do you do when you fail to buy diamonds?

If you find that the system withheld money but the diamond has not been received when you buy diamonds, you can send your account ID and other related information to service@hinow.tv via Email. Our staff will contact you in time and handle the recharge problem for you. Or you can do a refund via Google (normally, we don't advise you to do so because if you do refunds on Google too many times, your Google payment account could be blocked by Google).

If you buy a diamond without a system withholding money and the diamond does not increase, it may be due to the network environment or mobile phone Google Suite version is low, it is recommended that you check the network environment or upgrade Google Suite to recharge.

3. Refund

1)How did I lose the diamonds in my wallet after I got a refund?

After the user refunds, the refund item will also be deducted from the diamonds purchased. If the diamonds in the account are not enough to deduct, the gifts given by the user will also be recycled (eliminated).

2)What problems should I pay attention to when refunds?

Please do not refund multiple times on the same day, or your payment account will likely be closed by a third party payment platform (such as Google/Apple). We will also close your HiNow account to prevent further loss to other users. If we misseal, please email us service@hinow.tv

4.VIP

1)What is VIP?

VIP is a privileged sign that users pay $3 a month (excluding taxes) for subscriptions to the platform.

2)What can VIP do?

VIP users can use features on the Hinow App without the interference of advertising (enjoy the privilege of non-advertising environment), and become VIP users of the month can get an additional 20 diamonds. VIP users can also subscribe to other users' personal pages, Once the subscriber is online, the VIP user can receive the online notification in time after the subscription is successful.

3)If I cancel the renewal of VIP, can I still enjoy VIP privileges?

If a user unsubscribes to VIP, within 48 hours of successfully subscribing to VIP, he will no longer enjoy VIP privileges at the moment of cancellation, and will deduct 20 diamonds that have been given away, if the user buys a gift for the diamond he will give. The gift will also be recovered.

If the user cancels the subscription more than 48 hours after he successfully subscribes to VIP, then he still enjoys the VIP privilege that month, the next month the platform will no longer charge the user subscription fee, and the user will not be able to enjoy the VIP privilege again.

4)What do you do when buying VIP fails?

If you find that the cash is deducted but you do not have the VIP privilege when you buy VIP, you can send your account ID and other related information to service@hinow.tv via Email. Our staff will contact you in time and handle the VIP purchase problem for you. Or you can do a refund via Google (normally, we don't advise you to do so because if you do refunds on Google too many times, your Google payment account could be blocked by Google).

If you buy a VIP and find that the cash is not deducted from VIP or obtained, it may be caused by the network environment or Google software environment on the phone. It is recommended that you check the network environment or Google software environment before purchasing.

5.Background Mode

1)What is background running?

Normally, you can only receive an invitation to call when you open the App, but for ease of use, we have introduced the backend mode, after you turn on the background mode and set the specified online time period, You will be able to receive an invitation to call within a specified period of time as long as your phone is connected to the network, during which time you do not have to manually open the Hinow App.

2)How to turn on background running mode?

First, open the front image area in the upper left corner of the home page, find the background run from the bottom of the sidebar and click the button. After the background mode page changes the status of background mode to ON and sets the time period for background operation, Even if you press the HOME button to send Hinow App back to the background during that period, you can also receive calls from other users.

3)What can a background run do?

If you are running in the background, you can receive request information (including video calls, etc.) from other users.

4)What if the backstage run gets harassed?

Hinow has the best anti-harassment mechanism, but make sure you set the online time slot as your most free time. Of course, you can also go from the sidebar to the backend mode page to change the status of the background mode to OFF, and then you won't receive requests from other users (except when you open Hinow APP on your own initiative).

5)Why am I running in the background but not working?

When Hinow App is running in the background, make sure your mobile network is working properly. In order for Hinow App to keep the background running better, please give Hinow more permissions in the system settings (such as background operation permission, self-start permission, etc. Unlimited power saving strategy, display suspension box permissions, lock screen display permissions, etc.

6. Profit sharing

1)What is a level-first team?

A level-first team is a user who downloads Hinow App through your shared address and logs in successfully.

2)What's a level-second team?

A level-second team is a user who downloads Hinow App and logs in through the address shared by your level-first team.

3) How to get double reward?

When your level-first team has 100 users, you will receive a double bonus.

4) When will the reward get to my account?

The rewards will be accessed into your Hinow App account in real time.

5) How can sharing be more effective?

Currently, we can share it through the sidebar SHARE page or the icon in the upper right corner of the user's profile page. We suggest that you categorize the users you want to share. If you have someone around you who wants to make money through Hinow, you can share it with them through the SHARE page in the sidebar, and if you have someone around you who wants to find more people to chat with via Hinow, You can share it with some of the icons in the top right corner of your home page. 7.Account correlation

1)Under what circumstances will my account be closed?

After your pornographic / gambling / drug-related behavior is warned, if it continues, we will block your account.

If you maliciously swipe points or refund frequently, we will also block your account.

If you are frequently reported by other users, we will also block your account.

2)What should I do if my account is incorrectly sealed?

If your account is incorrectly sealed, you can send ID and other related information to service@hinow.tv via Email. We will review and process your account in time. If it is proved to be false, we will unseal your account in time.

3)Can I change the price that I have to pay when someone calls me?

Yes.

4)Can I change my gender?

The user's account gender is selected on the first login, once determined, the user cannot modify it. If it is indeed a wrong choice, you can send service@hinow.tv account ID and other relevant certification information through Email, we will handle your request for gender modification in time.

8. Report

1)If a friend keeps harassing me, how do I report him?

You can click "more" in the top right corner of the friend chat interface and find the report function.

2)If I see bad content in video chat, how do I report it?

You can open the bottom left list button, find the report button, click on the report button, click please do not immediately quit, because we will be bad content for about 10 seconds of recording evidence.

9.Friend

1)How to add other people as good friends?

In a one-on-one video chat, there will be a button to add friends in the upper left corner, click on the button, the other side will receive requests to add friends, if the other side agreed, you can add him as a friend.

2)What is blackening friends?

In the upper right corner of the friend chat interface, click more to find the blackening friend function (currently the second button) and turn it on. When your friend is blackened, we will first remove the friend from your friend list, and then prohibit the friend from sending you a video chat call. Of course, you can also cancel the blackening of the friend in the settings, after the cancellation of the friends can send you a video chat call.

3)What is a shutdown notice?

In the upper-right corner of the friend chat interface, click more on the turn off notification feature (currently the first button) and turn it on. After closing the notification, the system will not push your message from your friends.

10.1V1

1)What is 1V1?

1V1 is a private chat between two people, no one else, only you two video chat, the whole encryption.

2)What is an invitation to go online?

When the person is not online, you can click on the invitation online, this time you need to deduct your corresponding points, and send him an online invitation notice, the other party will also know who invited him.

3)What is the Fully Request?

Because they can't harass users, each user can only receive up to three online invitations a day, with a three-hour interval between them, and only once a day for each user. So a full request means someone has asked the person to go online. In this case, it will take you three hours to invite again or the other party has received more than three reminders today. In this case, you need to be able to send an invitation tomorrow.

4)What is local time?

Local time is the time when the other party is located.

5)What is online time?

Online time is when the user opens the time interval after the background run. This time is automatically converted to your time according to the time zone you are in.

6)What is Probability?

Probability is equal to the number of incoming calls / the total number of calls requested by the user, which refers to the probability that the user can answer your video call.

7)What is call time?

The call time is the cumulative time of the user as the calling call and the total time of the call on the Hinow platform.

8)What is the gift received?

User in video / text chat through the system Gift function key sent to the expression / picture. Gifts received can be viewed in more details on your home page.

9)What is the list of visitors?

The list of visitors is more on your home page, and all users who have chatted with your video will appear on your guest list.

11. Random

1)What's random?

Because in 1V1 we can't guarantee that each other will answer your video call, so we released a random matching video chat, Hinow system will randomly select three users to give you. All three users are online and can see each other in real time, but can't hear each other's voice. When you click on any of the remote video windows, you and the user you click on enter the 1V1 room.

2)What are window 1, window 2 and window 3?

Windows 1, 2, 3 are real-time windows that display 3 random users matched by the system.

3)What's skipping?

When you don't like the system to match your random users, you can click "skip", and the system will rematch a new batch of random users for you.

4)How to use randomness?

Enter the random page click on the "start" system to start random matching, after matching, users can choose one of the windows other than their own for 1V1 chat.
